1-The full contract amount must be paid within five business days from the contract signing date. Any delay in payment may lead to the cancellation of the contract.
2-All payments must be made either by transfer to the company’s bank accounts or in cash to the company’s authorized accountants.
3-The company is not responsible for any amount paid without issuing an official receipt from the company.

1-The customer must pay a non-refundable advance payment equal to a minimum of 5% of the total contract amount, either before or after signing.
2-In case of contract cancellation after signing, a cancellation fee of 5% will be charged.

1-Accessories or free services cannot be exchanged for money or discounts, nor can they be removed after being provided.
2-If accessories are installed and the customer requests their removal, the customer bears the costs of removal and the value of the accessories.
3-High Car is not responsible for any malfunction or failure of accessories after the car is delivered to the authorized person or shipping company.
4-The customer must ensure the condition of the accessories before receiving the car.

1-The car will be delivered within five business days from the date of full payment.
2-High Car is not responsible for any damage reported after the car is received or after the delivery order is signed.
3-The shipping company is considered authorized to receive the car on behalf of the customer, whether this is stated in the contract or no authorized person is specified.

1-High Car may assist in facilitating the shipping process, but it is not responsible for any damages, loss, or delays that occur during shipping.
2-A security check worth 10% is required from the registered shipping company to ensure the return of documents within 28 days according to customs procedures.
3-High Car reserves the right to refuse dealings with shipping companies listed on its blacklist.

1-If an export certificate from the RTA is requested, the request cannot be canceled. The customer is responsible for any incorrect data provided to the company.
2-In case of violation of the company’s export conditions (e.g., exporting the car to an unauthorized destination), the company reserves the right to take legal action.

1-All cars are prepared for export and do not come with any warranties.
2-The customer must inspect the car and ensure its condition before taking delivery. The company is not responsible for any malfunction after delivery.

1-The buyer must review all contract details before signing. After signing, both parties have acknowledged their rights and obligations.
2-In the case of any additional terms, they will be added to the notes table and considered part of the contract once signed by the manager.
